Waterbury CT 2008 - Nesbitt Family Reunion
NESBITT FAMILY REUNION - JULY 24-27, 2008 - Waterbury Connecticut.
The Reunion Committee worked hard to ensure that we had a great time and, indeed, they were successful. The Family Picnic on Friday at the Lakeside Pavilion - Lake Quassy Amusement Park - was well attended. There was lots to do for everyone and a great time to meet, greet and reconnect with 'the cousins'. The Banquet Cruise was fantastic - our deck was filled to capacity! In addition to the good food we enjoyed a well orchestrated program. Our very own DJ, Jason Canady, provided the music that kept us all - young and old - dancing. Sunday services at Grace Baptist brought many of us back to our 'home' church - where we began. A brunch at the home of Shirley Blocker followed.
The pictures in the album are just some of those that I took during this wonderful weekend. NOTE: I apologize, in advance, to anyone that I mistakenly identified or any names that I misspelled. Many thanks to cousin Sybil Wiggins for her patience and help in providing names. I hope that we will get a chance to see the photos from other family members that were taking pictures - what a family 'mosaic' that will be.
Enjoy! Cousin Sheila
