Welcome to Griffie Gallery. What a year - 209 was a series of wonderful, very fortunate events. The most wonderful was my stay in Italy. I chose the B&B Anna & Ricca in Reggio Emilia for my 'home base'. (A 5 star establishment - the best!) Marcella and Leo are amazingand very gracious hosts! My Italian skills were enhanced by lessons @ Reggio Lingua. Thanks to Daniela and Paula, I was able to add to my limited conversational abilities. My greatest joy was seeing my dear friend, Lili, make amazing progress in her recovery. When I wasn't visiting hospidale in Correggio I was out and about with my new friends - Rosalinda, Bonnie, Sally, Valerio, Paula, Marcella, Leo and more! With this album i hope to share with you the beauty of the people and the place.

They include images from Reggio Emilia and the surrounding area, Parma, Modena, Cinque Terre, Rimini and more. A visit with my cousin and her husband in Ascona, Switzerland was the 'icing on the cake'. Spending my final day at the beach in Rimini was my unexpected bonus (thanks to Bonnie).
